Practicing Positive Reflection: Our Consciousness of Others is Self-Reflection

Speak to others as if you are speaking to yourself. Then when you think about others, think as if you are also projecting how you feel about yourself.

This way we can catch ourselves if we are being negative. And then we can work to maintain positive reflections throughout prolonged periods.

hen we can do thiswe can fully meet ourselves and then we can come to know who we truly are and how we are perceived by others.
